Case Study Club

The Trust and Safety Foundation (TSF) hosts a monthly chat where we talk about a specific case study. The TSF Case studies are an excellent way to gain a deeper understanding of trust and safety, as they examine how moderation decisions are made, the impact of trust and safety decisions on users and society, and the trade offs depending on the decision. Each case study includes a series of questions — for companies as well as for society — to consider.

The monthly Case Study Club is an hour-long, audio only chat where we dive into these trust and safety issues. Anyone is welcome to join and no registration is required. To find out when the next one will be held, check out the Trust and Safety Professional Association Event Hub, where it will be listed.
